Apple Siri settlement could pay iPhone owners up to $95

A proposed $250 million Apple settlement could pay up to $95 per device to about 37 million iPhone owners who bought certain models (iPhone 16 model, iPhone 15 Pro, or iPhone 15 Pro Max) between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025, for allegedly misleading Siri features. Initial payments would be $25 per device, with final amounts depending on claim volume and other factors. A settlement website with claim information is expected to launch in a few weeks, and eligible customers will be notified by email or mail.
