Casa Bonita, the iconic Denver restaurant, has released new photos of the interior and menu items as it prepares to reopen after extensive renovations. The restaurant, which was purchased by the creators of "South Park" in 2021, has passed various inspections and is taking booking requests for large groups between August and October. While an official opening date has not been announced, the restaurant will have a soft opening with limited dining hours and guests will be chosen from those who signed up from Casa Bonita’s email list.
