"Key Differences in the Blood of Exceptionally Long-Lived People"

A recent study published in GeroScience compared the biomarker profiles of people who lived past 100 with their shorter-lived peers, revealing common biomarkers such as cholesterol and glucose levels. The study, based on data from 44,000 Swedes, found that lower levels of glucose, creatinine, and uric acid from the age of 60 onwards were associated with reaching 100.
