Lululemon Fires Employees for Confronting Robbers and Reporting to Police

Two Lululemon employees in Georgia were fired after calling the police on would-be robbers, violating the company's "no-tolerance policy" for chasing or physically engaging with suspected robbers. The employees claim they were fired for reporting the robbery, which was caught on video, and management cited the company's policy. The robbers were later charged with felony robbery.
