Officer Charged in Fatal Wrong-House Shooting

A Pennsylvania police officer, Cpl. Sean Farrell, was charged with voluntary manslaughter for fatally shooting 22-year-old Glenwood Earl Pysher IV, who was unarmed with his hands in the air after approaching the wrong house to find friends.
