Rookie pilot's emergency landing with veteran flyer's help.
TL;DR
A young pilot in Michigan had to make an emergency landing without her front tire. Chris Yates, a veteran aviator, saw pieces of her landing gear fall from her plane and stayed on the radio to provide words of encouragement as she safely made her way to the ground. "We're going to be just fine, kiddo," he said. The moment brought tears to both of their eyes.
