Putin Threatens Retaliation Over Western Arms to Ukraine
TL;DR
The Kremlin has warned Western nations against supplying Ukraine with long-range weapons capable of striking Russian territory, suggesting that Russia might retaliate by arming the West's adversaries with similar weapons. President Vladimir Putin and other Russian officials emphasized that such actions would have consequences, potentially escalating the conflict. U.S. President Joe Biden clarified that Ukraine is limited in using U.S.-supplied weapons to targets just across the border, not deep inside Russia.
