Deadly tornadoes devastate the South, leaving communities in need of aid.

At least 21 people were killed and entire towns were destroyed as a result of an outbreak of deadly tornadoes and severe weather that spanned several southeastern states, including Mississippi and Alabama. The region is bracing for another round of storms in what has become a higher-than-average year for tornadoes. Maps and satellite images show the aftermath of the tornadoes, including the devastation in the small town of Rolling Fork, Mississippi, where an EF-4 tornado ripped through, killing at least 13 people.
