Vermont's Ongoing Battle: Floods and Storms Persist

Vermont is bracing for another round of rain that could lead to fresh flooding, as the state continues to recover from devastating floods earlier in the week. Southern Vermont faces a moderate risk of excessive rainfall, and much of the already waterlogged state is under a new flood watch.
