Chuck Todd challenges Republican Congressman on Trump's debt flip-flop defense

Chuck Todd questioned Rep. Byron Donalds on Meet The Press about Donald Trump's suggestion that Republicans politically blackmail Democrats in their negotiations on the debt ceiling. Todd played a clip of Trump saying he couldn't imagine anyone using the debt ceiling as a negotiating wedge, to which Donalds replied that Trump had said the opposite on a rival network. Todd called Donalds' defense absurd, but Donalds argued that Trump was always negotiating and that the economy was different when he was president.
