A recent CBS News poll found that 53% of Americans have experienced extreme weather in recent years, with nearly half expressing concern about having to move due to it. Most of those who have experienced extreme weather attribute it to climate change, while those who have not see it as part of natural patterns. Democrats are more likely to see climate change as a major factor contributing to extreme weather, while Republicans are more likely to cite natural weather patterns.
