Russia Issues Arrest Warrant for Senator Lindsey Graham Over Ukraine Comments

Senator Lindsey Graham responded to Russia's arrest warrant against him by offering to submit to the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court if Russia does the same. Graham triggered fury in Moscow last week when edited video aired of comments claiming he said Russian soldiers dying in Ukraine "is the best money we've ever spent." The full-length video released by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's office showed Graham's comment was linked to U.S. aid, not the deaths of Russian soldiers. Graham said he will continue to stand with and for Ukraine's freedom until every Russian soldier is expelled from Ukrainian territory.
