Supreme Court to Hear Trademark Case for "Trump Too Small" T-Shirts.

The Supreme Court will hear a case in which a man tried to trademark the phrase "Trump too small" for T-shirts. The Biden administration is supporting Trump in urging the court to deny the trademark, arguing that the phrase could still be used, just not trademarked because Trump had not consented to its use. However, a federal appeals court said refusing trademark registration violated free speech rights. The case will be argued in the fall.
