Southern California is bracing for another storm that is expected to bring heavy rain, mountain snow, and potentially damaging wind gusts from late Monday night through Wednesday. The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for a wide swath of Southern California, and winter storm warnings have been issued for mountains in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Peak wind gusts could reach 60 mph, capable of bringing down trees. Snow levels will start at 6,000 feet but drop to 3,500 to 4,000 feet by Wednesday morning.
