Minnesota Braces for Another Winter Storm.

A winter storm watch has been issued for much of Minnesota, including the Twin Cities, for Thursday. The storm is expected to bring rain in the morning, changing to snow in the afternoon with a range of 2 to 6 inches of snowfall in the Twin Cities area. Northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin are expected to receive heavier snowfall of 8 to 12 inches. Wind gusts of over 30 to 40 mph are also expected, making travel difficult. Milder temperatures are expected next week.
