Severe storms to hit Texas and Southeast over Father's Day weekend.

The Storm Prediction Center has issued a two out of five risk for severe storms in Texas, with the highest threat placed over Central and Northern Oklahoma, south into West Texas. The central and northern Brazos Valley have also been included in the scattered risk for severe weather, but the overall concern is low/minimal locally. Thunderstorms are expected to develop during mid/late afternoon along/ahead of the dryline and move eastward into this evening, with severe hail and gusts expected in north-central TX and southern OK.
