"Snowfall Update: Central and Southwestern PA Hit by Winter Storm"
TL;DR
Central Pennsylvania is experiencing its second significant snowstorm since Punxsutawney Phil's prediction of an early spring, with four to six inches of snow on the ground and the potential for more accumulation later in the day. Winter storm warnings are in place for the southern part of the state, leading to road and event cancellations, while PennDOT has lifted some vehicle restrictions but maintains speed limits on major highways due to the wintry conditions. The National Weather Service warns of windy conditions and provides a forecast of snow today, followed by mostly sunny days on Sunday and Monday.
