Tropical Depression Forms, Heat and Storms Threaten South Florida and New Orleans.

South Florida will experience another hot and humid day with scattered storms likely, some of which may be strong to severe. Tropical Depression 4 has formed and is likely to become Tropical Storm Cindy, but is expected to curve out to sea. The region is stuck in a stagnant weather pattern with little day-to-day change expected through the weekend. High temperatures will reach the lower 90s, but humidity will make it feel like it's around 105 degrees before storms roll in.
