Weekend Weather Alert: Thunderstorms and Rain Expected in Midwest and West Michigan.

Thunderstorms are expected to hit West Michigan on Sunday morning, bringing strong wind gusts, lightning, heavy downpours, and small hail. The showers will arrive along the lakeshore at about 2 A.M. and move from west to east, bringing under an inch of rain among communities. There is a marginal risk of gusty winds, heavy localized downpours, and small hail for some southern communities. After the rain clears out, temperatures will get back to the mid 70s, but it will be more humid.
