Over 100 astronomers from around the world are calling for the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) to conduct a multi-epoch, large-area, multi-wavelength survey of the Milky Way's innermost regions, specifically the Galactic Center (GC). The survey aims to shed light on the processes driving the evolution of galaxies and solve mysteries such as the role of the supermassive black hole in the Milky Way's center and the formation of star clusters.
