TL;DR

Baldur's Gate III, a highly anticipated RPG from Larian Studios, is set to release on PlayStation 5 on September 6, 2023. While it was originally planned for release on Xbox Series X|S as well, technical limitations have caused a delay with no confirmed release date. This accidental time-exclusive for PlayStation 5 may provide competition for Starfield, the highly anticipated RPG from Bethesda, which is an Xbox console exclusive.
