TCL’s P80 Ultra blends paperlike reading with OLED power

TCL’s P80 Ultra is the first Nxtpaper phone to pair an OLED display with its paperlike Max Ink Mode, letting you switch from a flagship OLED experience to a monochrome e‑reader mode that can stretch battery life to around seven days of active use (up to 26 days standby). The device features a 6.83-inch 1.5K OLED panel with 120Hz refresh, 3,200 nits brightness and full DCI-P3 coverage with an anti‑glare coating, plus 8GB RAM, up to 512GB storage, a Dimensity 7400 Elite chipset, and 45W charging. TCL is also offering a P80 Pro and a non‑Nxtpaper P80; all run Android 16 and launch in Europe first from €549 (Ultra), €429 (Pro), and €349 (base), with other regions to follow.
