Cyberpunk 2077's Latest Update Enhances Content but Leaves Major Features Out
TL;DR
The latest Cyberpunk 2077 update introduces VRR support on consoles, significantly improving frame rates on PS5 Pro by unlocking performance modes up to 40fps in RT mode and potentially reaching 120fps in performance mode, although benefits on base PS5 and Series X are limited. VRR enhances smoothness and reduces input lag, but does not drastically improve visual fidelity, leaving room for future dedicated upgrades.
