UAW Contract Rejection Threatens GM-UAW Deal

Workers at several General Motors plants, including those in Missouri, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Michigan, have voted against the tentative contract negotiated between the automaker and the United Auto Workers (UAW). However, the contract still has a chance of being approved as the GM plant in Arlington, Texas, voted in favor of the deal.
