TL;DR
A landslide in China's Yunnan province has left at least 20 people dead and 24 missing, with rescue efforts underway in sub-zero temperatures. President Xi Jinping has ordered an "all-out" rescue, and over 500 people have been evacuated from their homes. The remote, mountainous region is prone to landslides, and this incident follows a 7.0 magnitude earthquake in Xinjiang, which caused damage but no reported casualties.
