"Upcoming 'Ring of Fire' Eclipse Spectacles Across America"

On October 14, an annular solar eclipse, also known as the "Ring of Fire," will be visible in parts of Utah, including national parks such as Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Arches, and Canyonlands. The parks are expecting large crowds and advise visitors to come prepared with food, water, and other supplies. Heavy congestion and traffic delays are anticipated, and RVs are not recommended. Hotel rooms are filling up quickly, and an increase in dispersed camping on nearby public lands is expected. The eclipse will begin in Oregon and reach Utah in the morning, with the partial eclipse ending about 90 minutes later.
