SpaceX Aims for Mid-November Starship Launch to Boost Artemis 3 Mission

SpaceX is planning the sixth test flight of its Starship megarocket on November 18, 2024, from its Starbase site in South Texas. The launch will feature a 30-minute window starting at 5 p.m. EST and will be streamed live. This flight aims to further test the capabilities of the Starship and Super Heavy booster, including a controlled landing and booster catch, as well as in-space engine reignition and heatshield experiments. SpaceX has made hardware and software upgrades to improve the rocket's performance and is working towards making the entire system fully reusable.
