SpaceX Sets New Record with 18th Falcon 9 Launch from Cape Canaveral

SpaceX successfully launched its Falcon 9 booster, tail number B1058, for the 18th time, breaking another re-flight record. The rocket carried 23 Starlink V2 Mini satellites to low Earth orbit, bringing the total number of Starlink satellites launched in 2023 to 1,711. The booster, which first flew on May 30, 2020, has since completed multiple crew rotation missions and private astronaut missions. After liftoff, the booster landed on the droneship 'A Shortfall of Gravitas.' SpaceX has now completed 152 orbital launches from Space Launch Complex 40.
