SpaceX and NASA have declared the Crew-7 astronaut mission ready for launch, following a successful flight readiness review. The mission, which will send four astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS) aboard a SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule, is scheduled to launch on August 25, 2023. The Crew-7 quartet consists of astronauts from NASA, the European Space Agency, the Russian space agency Roscosmos, and Japan. Backup launch opportunities are available on August 26 and 27 in case of technical issues or unfavorable weather conditions.
