Iran Rules Out U.S. Talks to End War, Signals No Negotiations Now

Iran’s foreign minister Abbas Araghchi says Tehran is not negotiating with the United States to end the war and does not intend to, even as Washington suggests talks are ongoing and mediators have floated a 15-point plan. Iran has put forward counter-proposals with conditions such as guarantees against further aggression, war reparations, and keeping the Strait of Hormuz, while regional hostilities and Israeli strikes persist and the path to any ceasefire remains uncertain.
