Spanish Conservative Politician Alejandro Vidal-Quadras Shot in the Face in Madrid

Alejandro Vidal-Quadras, a veteran Spanish right-wing politician and former member of the conservative Popular Party, was shot in the face in broad daylight in Madrid.
