Ukraine unleashes 1,300 drones on Moscow region, hitting refineries and factories

Ukraine launched more than 1,300 long-range drones that penetrated Moscow’s defenses to strike targets around the capital, including the Angstrem electronic-microchip factory, the Moscow oil refinery, and oil pumping stations near Solnechnogorsk and Volodarskoye. Three people were killed and 12 wounded, and hundreds of civilian flights were redirected or delayed. Russia said most drones were shot down, but Kyiv called it the largest one-time deep strike so far, highlighting Kyiv’s expanding drone capability and perceived gaps in Moscow’s air defenses.
