Russia's Rupee Reserves Remain Unused.

Russia has billions of Indian rupees that it cannot use due to sanctions imposed after the invasion of Ukraine. The money must be transferred into another currency, but this is proving to be a problem. India has been buying discounted Russian oil in response to the West's sanctions.
