Karabakh Separatists Successfully Implement Withdrawal Deal Amidst Aid Arrival via Lachin

Ethnic Armenian separatists in Nagorno-Karabakh are implementing the Russian-brokered cease-fire agreement, with aid arriving through the Lachin Corridor. The majority of the estimated 120,000 ethnic Armenians in the region are expected to leave for Armenia, as they do not want to live under Azerbaijani control.
