Putin Approves Deportation of Annexed Territory Residents Refusing Russian Citizenship

Russia launched more than 20 cruise missiles and two drones towards Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, killing at least 17 people, including several children. Heavy fighting continued in the eastern city of Bakhmut, and President Volodymyr Zelenskiy condemned the attacks as "a night of Russian terror."
