Russian Troop Deployment Increases Tensions on Eastern Front.

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine reported that the situation in Ukraine's east is complicated as the Russians have deployed more troops and are conducting an active offensive in the Lyman and Kupiansk front, trying to seize the initiative. The Ukrainian forces are acting courageously and not letting them advance, but the Russians have not given up their plans to advance up to the administrative borders of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast.
