Ukraine prepares for counteroffensive.

Ukraine's Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov announced that the country is ready to launch a counteroffensive against Russian forces, but gave no specific date for when it would begin. Ukraine hopes that the counteroffensive will change the dynamics of the war that has been ongoing for 14 months since Russia invaded Ukraine. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg confirmed that Kyiv's foreign allies and partners had delivered almost all their promised combat vehicles to Ukraine.
