"Israel Discovers Massive Hamas Tunnel Network Under Gaza"

The Israeli army has announced the discovery of the largest Hamas tunnel in the Gaza Strip, located just a few hundred meters from a key border crossing. The tunnel is part of a vast network stretching over four kilometers and costing millions of dollars to construct. It features reinforced concrete walls, a drainage system, electricity, ventilation, sewage, and a communication network. The tunnel was found to contain a large number of weapons ready for use in an attack. Lieutenant Colonel Richard Hecht, an army spokesman, stated that Hamas prioritizes attacking Israel over supporting the people of Gaza. The tunnel system, known as the "Gaza Metro," was initially built to circumvent the Israeli-Egyptian blockade and has been expanded since the 2014 war with Israel.
