Texas boy, 7, rescues 1-year-old brother from pool, earns sheriff’s commendation

A 7-year-old Texas boy, Patrick, pulled his unresponsive 1-year-old brother Liam from a residential pool, alerted their mother, and ran to a neighbor for help as deputies and EMS provided lifesaving care. Liam was stabilized and is expected to fully recover.
