Challenges and Solutions for Ukraine's Postwar Reconstruction and Justice System.

Ukraine has initiated discussions about establishing a special international tribunal to prosecute Russia's aggression against Ukraine, as there is currently no international criminal tribunal to try those responsible for the aggression.
