Belarus' nuclear upgrade on planes and missiles raises concerns for NATO, Russia warns.

Russia's Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu warned NATO against its anti-Russian course and increasing combat readiness near the borders of Russia and Belarus. Finland officially joined NATO, which could lead to further hostilities. Shoigu said Russia began training Belarusian troops on ballistic missile systems and aircraft capable of deploying nuclear missiles. Belarus has had the Iskander missiles system in its possession for months, and a storage facility for tactical nuclear weapons deployable through the missile system would be completed in Belarus by July 1.
