Orbán criticizes EU's failed strategy on Ukraine, seeks discussion on vetoed aid

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban claims that Ukraine cannot win the war against Russia and suggests that the EU should prepare a plan B for dealing with the conflict. Orban, considered an ally of Putin, has blocked EU funds to Ukraine and believes there is no reason to spend Hungarian taxpayers' money on helping Ukraine.
