Over 200 troops exchanged in prisoner swap between Ukraine and Russia.

Ukraine and Russia have exchanged over 200 soldiers in a prisoner swap, with Russia releasing 106 soldiers and Ukraine releasing 100. Some of the Ukrainian soldiers have severe injuries and illnesses, and the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War alleges that almost half of the soldiers who returned home "have serious injuries, illnesses or have been tortured." The freed Russians are being flown to Moscow for medical treatment and rehabilitation. The two sides have returned hundreds of each other's soldiers since the war began, but shelling and attacks continue.
