Poland Bolsters Belarus Border with 2000 Troops

Poland will deploy 2,000 troops to its border with Belarus, double the number requested by the Border Guard, in an effort to prevent illegal crossings and maintain stability. The move comes as Poland grows increasingly concerned about the presence of Wagner mercenaries in Belarus and a rise in migrants attempting to cross the border. Belarus has started military exercises near the border, with President Lukashenko claiming to be restraining the mercenaries who allegedly want to attack Poland.
