Putin's War Crimes Warrant and Diplomatic Dilemmas

An international arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin has been issued by the International Criminal Court for war crimes, specifically the unlawful deportation and transfer of children from occupied areas of Ukraine to Russia. While the warrant raises the prospect of Putin facing justice, it also complicates efforts to end the war in peace talks.
