"Qatar brokers deal for medical aid to hostages in Israel-Hamas agreement"

Qatar has brokered a deal between Israel and Hamas to allow medicine to reach Israeli hostages in exchange for additional medicine and aid for Palestinian civilians in Gaza. The agreement, mediated by Qatar and France, involves Israel permitting more humanitarian aid to reach civilians in Gaza in exchange for delivering medication to the hostages. More than 120 hostages have been held in Gaza since October, many with health conditions requiring regular medical care. The medications and aid will be transported from Doha to El Arish in Egypt before reaching the most affected areas in Gaza.
