"Russia and Ukraine exchange prisoners, over 200 troops return home"

Russia and Ukraine have exchanged more than 200 soldiers in a prisoner swap, with Russia releasing 106 Ukrainian soldiers and Ukraine releasing 100 Russian soldiers. Some of the released Ukrainian soldiers have severe injuries and illnesses, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s chief of staff. The exchange comes as fighting continues between the two countries, with at least six civilians wounded in the latest Russian shelling and nearly seven million internally displaced people in Ukraine.
