Russia Assumes UN Security Council Presidency

Russia has taken over the presidency of the UN Security Council, as the war in Ukraine continues. The UN General Assembly has demanded Russia's immediate withdrawal from Ukraine, but Russia plans to hold an informal meeting of the Security Council early in April on the issue of Ukrainian children taken to Russia. The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin for war crimes related to their alleged abduction.
