Secret Talks Between EU, Russia, and US Prior to Nagorno-Karabakh Crisis Revealed

Top officials from the United States, the European Union, and Russia held secret emergency talks in Turkey to address the standoff over Nagorno-Karabakh, just days before Azerbaijan launched a military offensive to seize the breakaway territory.
