Russian forces are reportedly purchasing Starlink satellite communications systems from private sellers and using them in occupied Ukraine by connecting them to networks in NATO-member Poland, according to an investigative report. SpaceX denies selling or marketing Starlink in Russia and states that the service is not active in the country.
